2-3 months before, we talk at length about your vision of things. We discuss the ages of your guests, how you'd like your reception to look, feel and sound, and create an initial playlist of songs.

We also talk about how you'd like to handle toasts, introductions and announcements. And we brainstorm together about creating special musical touches that will make your reception even more unforgettable.

During your celebration, I have two goals: one, of course, is to bring your vision to life. The second is to make sure you're completely free to enjoy yourself.

So I act as the "go-to" person for friends and family who have special requests or concerns. I coordinate with the caterer, photographer and other service providers to make sure everything flows without interruption. I can even work in last-minute changes to keep everything on course.

Throughout it all, planning through party, I'm available to answer questions, bounce ideas off of and assist any way I can.
